Archetype Fitness

Back by popular demand, Archetype Fitness Pre-Season Strength and Conditioning program provides the high school baseball player with 3 months of sport specific conditioning.  This year, the program will include fitness testing at the start and finish of the program and information will be distributed for home workouts.

Pitcher Throwing Program

Pittsburgh Pirates prospect James Marvel returns to run the Offseason Pitching Development/Throwing Program that will physically develop pitchers to be ready for Day 1 of the baseball season. In building arm strength and focusing on keeping players' arms healthy, Marvel's program will also include a broad spectrum of teaching points, including how to properly warm up before throwing, how to develop and throw in a throwing program, delivery and mechanical work in throwing off of the pitching mound, and everything in between. The program focuses on both group and individual work, and is dictated to what each individual player needs.

Zone Training 
with Buddy Biancalana

Former World Series star Buddy Biancalana brings his Zone Training back to the Pre-Season program with his neuroscience based Zone Training.  Players will increase performance, expedite development and reduce injuries.  This compliments other pre-season programs.

1 hour session each week for 4 weeks

Winter Baseball League
playing as "North Bay Yanks"

Traditional baseball skills and drills during open practices on Wednesdays and Scrimmages/Games on Saturdays and/or Sundays.  Weekend schedule tbd.  North Bay Yanks will play in the league organized by Marin Sports Academy.

Wednesdays - open field practices
Saturdays/Sundays - scrimmages and games
in Marin County (usually Redwood or Marin Catholic)
