Refunds Policy

By purchasing programs from Marin Baseball Club, buyers agree to all terms and conditions set forth on the Marin Baseball Club website and in the mandatory waiver, and understand that refunds are not given for weather cancellations nor any other circumstances beyond the control of Marin Baseball Club and its affiliates including Buddy Biancalana, James Marvel, Archetype Fitness, North Bay Yankees, Marin Sports Academy. Purchaser and respective heirs, administrators, next of kin, executors and successors, agree to forever release, discharge, waive, absolve, agree not to sue and agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify the Marin Baseball Club and its affiliated programs and MSA Winter Ball program, its coaches, representatives, organizers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, supervisors, participants, managers, umpires, and other players and parents, as well as persons transporting their child to and from Marin Baseball Club and its affiliated programs and MSA Winter Ball program activities and any persons or entities involved in Marin Baseball Club and its affiliated programs and MSA Winter Ball activities, or any owner or lessee or lessor of fields on which the Marin Baseball Club and its affiliated programs and MSA Winter Ball program practice or play, or any person or entity connected with the team, league or field with respect to and for any claim, damages, costs (including attorneys and/or experts fees and costs), demands, or causes of action which purchaser has or may have in the future as a result of or in any way related to, whether directly or indirectly, to injury or death sustained or incurred by purchaser  or the player who is registered in any of the programs from whatever cause, whether the result of negligence, breach of contract or the wrongful conduct of the parties released or for any other cause in addition to any loss of personal property due to theft or otherwise.
